Your profile:

  • At least four relevant internships (e.g. in a management consultancy and/or in an industrial or service company within our core industries)
  • A (very) strong Bachelor’s and Master’s degree
  • Very good written and spoken German skills
  • An advanced understanding of the capabilities and limitations of current AI technologies (machine learning, GenAI, LLMs, agents)
  • Advanced proficiency in using GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, and similar tools)
  • Enthusiasm for strategy consulting
  • Initiative and commitment
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Strong execution skills and a hands-on mindset
  • A confident presence and flexibility
